About This Place

Buzzsaw Coffee, nestled at 1307 Park Ave in Williamsport, PA, stands out as a uniquely inviting local coffee shop that effortlessly combines quality, creativity, and community warmth. This is a place where coffee lovers and casual visitors alike can savor expertly crafted espresso drinks with delightful twists, offering everything from classic favorites to inventive specialties like the Lavender Latte, Honey Cinnamon Latte, and the ever-popular Strawberry Milk Latte.

Stepping inside Buzzsaw Coffee, you’re welcomed by a cozy, well-designed space that comfortably accommodates both intimate conversations and solo moments of calm. The baristas here operate with impressive skill and genuine friendliness—a fact underscored in many glowing customer recollections. Adelaide Miller, for example, was particularly impressed by the efficient, restful vibe despite the hustle of a single barista managing the café seamlessly. It’s this kind of earnest, hands-on care that elevates every cup served.

The menu craftsmanship is exceptional, showcasing a deep appreciation for balanced, nuanced flavors. The Lavender Latte, as praised by customer Jiyeon Portnoy, offers a subtle floral aroma that beautifully complements the rich espresso, enhancing rather than overpowering the coffee experience. For those seeking a comforting warmth, the Honey Cinnamon Latte brings a gentle sweetness with a hint of spice that dances perfectly against the espresso’s robust undertones. Beyond the innovative lattes, Buzzsaw offers housemade chai and a rotating selection of kombucha flavors, catering to a variety of palates and preferences.

Not to be overlooked are the bakery offerings, which customers like Jamal Cooley recount with enthusiasm—particularly the cinnamon and strawberry rolls, which pack a fresh, vibrant punch that matches the quality of their cold brew. The scones, too, with luscious flavors like plum/vanilla and pear/ginger, have earned a devoted following, adding a sweet and satisfying layer to the overall experience. C T, a visitor from out of town, described the scones as “excellent,” perfectly paired with Buzzsaw’s fabulous drip coffee and cappuccinos.

One of the most charming features of Buzzsaw Coffee is the sense of peaceful retreat it offers. Long-time patron IdaMay Hornberger cherishes her visits for the tranquil moments sipping a latte in the shop’s “secret garden,” a serene spot to unwind with a book and a thoughtfully prepared beverage. This blend of lively local atmosphere and quiet corners for reflection makes Buzzsaw a rare gem in the world of coffee shops.

Whether you’re seeking a robust pick-me-up, a flavorful new coffee twist, or simply a welcoming community place to relax, Buzzsaw Coffee delivers with heartfelt expertise and genuine warmth. This spot is more than just a coffee shop—it’s a vibrant pause in the day, a place where quality and care are always on the menu.

A solid coffee shop if there ever was one! The barista was super friendly and crazy efficient! He was running the whole place single handedly, which I was quite impressed by. I tried an iced vanilla latte, although some of their specials looked incredible, and I enjoyed how rich and fresh the espresso was. The flavors were also well balanced, although not strongly vanilla flavored. It was a bit loud because they were roasting beans, but I did appreciate how many tables there were to choose from. I honestly just can’t wait to come back!

It’s a cute and cozy local coffee shop! They have pretty good amount of seats and tables and nice interiors. I ordered a lavender latte and cappuccino and it was so delicious! Lavender scent was not too strong and it made me enjoy coffee a lot better! Cappuccino was tasty too :) and the owner was so friendly and nice. I truly enjoyed their coffee and want to go back next time!

Trekking through PA we stopped for much needed food and caffeine, Buzzsaw Coffee provided both with two amazing rolls. One cinnamon and one strawberry (my pesonal favorite) and a righteous cold brew that turned around tiredness like a detour sign. Great spot, would be nice to see some more art or color to look at but the food and coffee are vibrant.

Visiting from out of town. Big win finding this spot. Coffee was fantastic (drip and cappuccino). The scones were excellent as well (plum/vanilla and pear/ginger). Chill vibe inside. Definitely worth a repeat visit.

Made a stop here on my way home from Ontario & it may have been my favorite detour. Excellent latte & the absolute kindest barista. I walked out with a smile & I’m sure you will too.

I love how bright and open it is! It’s a great spot to get some work done out of the office. The baristas are very friendly, and make delicious drinks like the Honey + Mint cold brew or the Lavender Latte (they’re some of my favorites).

My latte was delicious! Gage, the barista, was very friendly and kind. I liked my latte so much that I decided to buy a bag of their new Kenyan roast. Lovely ambiance in an old warehouse with plenty of seating. I highly recommend it.
